Mexico offers a typical native cousine – 4 meals a day. It starts with a breakfast containing eggs mexican style, eggs with sausages, beefsteaks, grilled meat in all kind of variation acompanied by fresh juices and fruits. Lunch is situated between 13.00 and 16.00 where visitors can taste Tamales, stuffed pasta with maiz and cheese, Atole, a drink made of milk and corn flour with different tastes, or finally a stew with tortillas and bread. The starter normaly consists of a soup with rice. For dessert there are many popular mexican sweets to choose from. For the afternoon snack there are once again sweets: chocolate „a la española“ or Champurrado, a warm milk shake. With it they serve bread and the typical Antojitos such as Enchiladas, Pambazos, toasted openfaced sandwiches and tamales (stuffed pastry also served for breakfast), Quesadillas, Tacos and other things. Dinner is usually taken between 20.00 and 21.00. It contains of only one meal, for example tortitas, memelas, Tortillas made of corn flour, cheese and sausages, acomponied by hot chocolate and a piece of sweet bread.
