Festivals and events in Paguera

The night of San Juan, June 23, opens the arrival of summer with the traditional bonfires on the beach and, the next day, is celebrated the Calvià patron saint. From July 25 to 28 take place the village festivals of Paguera and Cala Fornells, time when sports activities for children and music are organized to celebrate the summer.

One of the most anticipated parties is the Tourist Day in September. For three days, for more than 20 years, the streets are filled with troupes, stages with live music, samples of the best gastronomic offer of the island at the Street Food Festival and much more.

We can highlight the weekly markets and trails that are installed in this town and its surroundings: Every Monday we can visit the traditional market of the town of Calvià, while in Paguera it is held every Tuesday. Here we will find fruits, vegetables, sausages, handicrafts, clothes, etc.

On Fridays we can visit Son Ferrer and on Saturdays at Son Bugadelles, the antique market. Find more information about markets in Majorca here.
