The 2026 menu invites you to share, discover, and enjoy without rushing. Bold flavors such as surf and turf croquettes, the freshness of salmon poké, or the delicacy of a burrata with Iberian ham awaken the appetite and set the tone. From the grill come the dishes that win you over: charcoal-grilled Iberian pork presa, yakiniku-style ribs, or an impressive Galician blonde beef ribeye for those who know that some cuts are worth the wait. The sea is also present in every bite: tuna belly, grilled octopus, or sea bass with citrus notes, evoking the salty Atlantic breeze.
