Here, every dish is born from respect for the land and the sea. Wild almadraba bluefin tuna, carefully selected meats, and zero-kilometre products take center stage in a cuisine that breathes authentic Cádiz character.

Bold flavors such as surf and turf croquettes, the freshness of salmon poké, or the delicacy of a burrata with Iberian ham awaken the appetite and set the tone.
